Aisha Jamila hinds is a known American actor. The actress is well known for the roles she played in shows on television like The Shield, and True Blood. She has proved her versatility throughout 2003, delivering impressive performances in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. It was initially noticed because of her performance as Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. However it was her performance as women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally earned her recognition as an actress.
