Big Time Rush, an American pop boy group was founded in the year 2009. The group consists of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. They signed their first contract with Nick Records in 2009 before switching to Columbia Records. They appeared on Nickelodeon's television show, Big Time Rush. The series aired from November 28, 2009 through July 25 2013. The pilot episode featured the group’s debut promo single, "Big Time Rush". The group recorded three albums, BTR in 2010, Elevate , and 24/Seven 2013. The group in 2014 took an indefinite break that ran until 2021.
